Week 20 for Baby Z
Baby Z is what I've been calling him from pretty much the moment I found out he was a boy. I've always liked the name Zachary. We'll call him Zach, but I suspect I'll be calling him Zachary a lot. I just think it's so pretty.
Z is fluttering around a good bit lately, but still just little flutters - no major kicks or punches just yet. I know that will change soon especially since I've learned my placenta is located "in the back" instead of "the front" - not exactly sure what this means other than supposedly, having it "on the front" offers padding from the kicks and punches. My placenta was located "on the front" for E and C (according to my doc). In her words, it will get "pretty intense." Yikes! I am thinking I'll soon start seeing an actual foot or hand protrude through my stomach!
So far, Z's favorite time to swim around is at night when I'm trying to go to sleep. Emily likes to sing "Good Night Sweetheart Well" to him and try to feel him move. She's only felt him once and LOVED it! Cade likes to lift my shirt and look for the baby. This is especially awesome while in a public place..haha! He is fascinated with my belly button (which is already poking out) and likes to hold his shirt up too and say "baby tum tum." Emily reminds him during this moment that boys can't have babies. =)
Can't wait to meet you little Zachary. Mama already loves you so much and so does your Sissy and Buddy.
