Disney Diaries - Headed Home
Traveling home was pretty smooth and easy. Flying is THE way to go in my opinion. I could not imagine driving 14 or more hours with little ones.
We had a TON of luggage!
We arrived at the airport pretty early, so we ate lunch at the McDonald's in the airport and then just hung out at our gate.
Cade loves Owen. =)
Seriously, what did we do before IPads??
My sweet boy enjoyed watching the airplanes.
Is it time to go yet??
I was praying Cade would sleep the entire way home. He did great on the flight to Disney, but was still a hand full - I had to entertain him the entire flight. Needless to say, my prayers were answered. This boy was pooped!
You can see the exhaustion in his baby eyes.
Almost...
Ahhh..Peace and Quiet. Precious angel.
Em sat behind me with her Daddy. I noticed it had been a while since I heard Miss Priss....sure enough, she was out too.
Once we finally got home and settled, we gave Em a little surprise we picked up while at Disney. The girl loves to write with pens and I spotted this cute Belle pen at one of the stores. Of course, it's the most expensive pen in the universe, so I showed it to Michael and said, "Em would love this, but it's ridiculous to pay this much for a pen." Well, anything for Daddy's sweetheart...he bought it anyway. He's so wrapped around her finger! haha!
I'm so glad I got to experience Disney with my family and I cannot wait to go back! Disney was such a huge part of my childhood and I want the same for my babies. I'm already planning the next trip!
